I do get banned cause someone (think a friend) hacked my both accounts and change password and emails Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned (on both accs) Dont know who banned me or when this happend. Wish i know how.. but he really do hack my both accounts.. i already change the email and password (same on my emails and facebook) guess hes mad at me or something. Hope you can help me get my accounts back.
as it stands we just suspect you to be either: - attempting to sell your own account under a new forum ID - account sharing with your friend that decided to sell your account people don't randomly get hacked, your login details aren't guessed by your friends.
he must get my info from my laptop when he came to my home.. i dont know what to say.. cause he changed the email and passwords from both accounts.. i really want my accounts back..
Not really, just that i wasnt the one who try to sell my own account, was a friend of mine and i know him.. he was on my house many times but think (he plays other servers) he got mad at me and just get into my laptop and get my passwords and try to sell my accounts. I really want my accounts back. Please!
You haven't convinced me yet that you had no part in this. Just saying a friend must've just hopped on your computer, took your login details and started selling your account without anything to back that claim isn't quite enough
but thats how things happend.. i know its hard to believe but im telling the trut.. ive been playing for 3 years this server, and you know that since we use to bossrun with other people, this ban thing just happend after my friend uses my pc, and i know was him, cause i wasnt playing that much (was on a break ).. but ye im telling the trut, and i swear that this will not happened ever again.
Like what Tim said, we have no reasons to believe your friend did it, just because you said so. Reason being it was highly unlikely that it happened. So, our investigation is gearing towards your attempt to sell your account, but got caught, and is trying to get out of this mess by feigning a story. Not only have you not convinced Tim, you've not convinced me too.
I know you wont believe me at all.. but thats how things happend.. why would i like to sell my account when i know the rules of the server for many years?.. and yes, this friend for real got my password from my pc.. and i know everyone in this forum will not believe that, thing happend like that.. even if i get this friend to say that he really hack me.. think its my fault for let him use my pc when i got my passwords on it.. i never think that he would try to use my accounts since he didnt like this server, even when i try to make him play it. I have my passwords on a notepad on my desktop.. never thought that my friend will hack my accounts.. but im hoping that you guys give me another chance.. tthis is the only time that you guys bann me, look for the past records, i am a legal player and i know the rules, but tthis time it wasnt me, please.
We don't find it convincing that you have your passwords in a notepad. Till this point, we still believe you tried to sell your account. As far as we have dragged this case, if you are unable to provide evidence that it wasn't you, then this appeal will be closed without actions.
