Based on a few scg sold history on the forum, I think it's within that range. Also, if you look at the cost to create a 20 att SCG: Clean SCG is around 900m. If you 30% the first slot (assume it worked) + 10% white scroll 4 more slots, that's 40 white Scrolls (16b~17.2b @ 400m~430m per white scroll). That's around 16.9b~18.1b to make a 20 att scg. If you taking the 30% into consideration, you might need to do 3 gloves before 1 work. 14~16b is well within reason and cheaper than self scrolling one unless you go for the high risk high reward using multiple 30%.
actually ppl wont 30% scg and 10%+WS it.20att or below scg is the result of scg+cs+cs+cs rather than scg+30%+10%+ws.so it wont cost that much.
If chaosing a 5 attack clean item to 20 attack is "easy" or "won't cost much", then 20 attack pgc shouldn't cost 40b. Both got 5 attack and 5 slots clean. Just FYI.
