For that matter, how did you presumably WS 10% 3 slots in 5 days, an average of 30 WS, which even at 400m each, is 12b? But to answer your question, maybe 10b? You'll be hard pressed to find a buyer though. Most of the mage players I know who are after high magics, myself included, are only interested in perfect wands. Yours is 2 TMA off perfect, so it's quite possible you'll have to lower your pricing considerably despite the high magic merely because no one is willing to buy it for so high.
Well shorter version of the long story, had to make a HS mule, quit my NL because didn't wash hp ( pump int ) or had int equip at start, and start a new attacker character thus all the sudden revamp of all the accounts as well as finalising in settling down to 1, which is this account.
