1st problem: Once I try to log in it gives me an error that tells me "unable to log-on as a master on IP" 2nd problem: I've made a new character I was planning on make him a warrior but then on Maple Island when I entered the portal that takes me to a certain garden, the game disconnected and whenever I try to log in it keeps disconnecting. Please try and solve those 2 bugs for me please. UPDATE: My first update is solved, I don't have any problems logging in right now.
This means that the server is not currently available for sign in. It has just restarted and can't accept you right now. When you see this message, no one is able to sign in. It will resolve shortly if you just wait patiently. Your second bug is also a function of the trouble the server is currently experiencing, it is happening to everyone, and there's nothing we can do about it except wait patiently for the staff to handle whatever is causing the issue.
To fix the second problem, you need to make sure that you have downloaded the latest files correctly. I'm guessing you got dc-ed by the new NPC because he isn't in your files.
