After choosing character it jump out to login page

    can anyone help this? i've been encounter this problem for 2 days, whenever im choosing my character, about 70% of the time it will jump out to login page and said unable to connect to the game.
    and if I success enter the game, i cannot change channel/enter cash shop. It will automatically dc me. I login again, it will show that the ID has already login, or the server is under inspection.
    please someone help to fix this issue

    May I ask if this was fixed? I have the same thing.

    I had the same problem yesterday, until i figured out that restarting my laptop was my resolve.. :(
