How do I go about getting 120 dex as a no dex Crusader?

I am pretty new so am not sure how or which equipment I should get as end game items. I think I am currently sitting at 72 dex with my basic equips like Yellow Adventurer Cape and scrolled Slime Shoes but I see on guides that I should aim for a PAC and Facestompers with dex on these being irrelevant. My Zakum Helmet is terribly scrolled so I know I can improve on that but not sure how to get the rest to equip that sword (forgot the name). I’m only level 74 so I think I have some time to hopefully make some more mesos by the time I reach the level.

I may be able to offer some help.

While you should definitely think about using a facestomper, pgc and scg (which don't give dex), you can get plenty of Dex from regular equips.

A well-srolled Zhelm should be able to give you 35+ dex, add a bathrobe (20-25 dex) or lvl 100 bottomwear (30 dex) , earring with 10-15 dex, face accessory with 10 dex (scrolled maple leaf from Show town gach, I highly recommend gaching there until you manage to get a good one) and if HT finally gets reenabled you can get an HT Pendant with 20-25 dex. I would also max MW10 and get MW20 (once the SB is available again). Broken Glasses from LPQ may also be a good choice but then you would miss out on a racc mask.

If you do not have any of the ATK equips (FS, PGC, SCG) you can also scroll a glove, shoe or cape for dex, and then replace them with the ATK equips once you get them.

I hope that helped, someone correct me if I missed something :)

I made an excel spreadsheet to calculate the damage range with 1h vs 2h, and the conclusion I drew was:

Before you can afford att 135+ ST, IMO it is better and more cost effective to stay with 1h + shield.

130 st for an example, cost around 3b ~ 3.5b. You can use a 128~130 sparta (under 1b), and a 20 att maple shield (around 500m), and deliver almost the same damage output as a 130 st which cost twice as much or more, and st require 120 dex to wear.

Another huge benefit of going 1h + shield before you reach mid to end game is the ability to reloot and scroll Zak helm, or HTP without having to mess with AP reset or other dex related headache.

Another dexless alternative is dragon claymore. Same as 1h and shield, it is dexless, and cost less than half of st with the same attack. A huge draw back on 1h and shield is hunting Bigfoot. The 1h-shield i frame does not match with bigfoots knock back at all. Every 2 attack you have to pause for 0.5 sec then attack again. Dragon claymore with booster can pin Bigfoot in a corner simply by holding down brandish. ST without booster can do the same, but it is slightly slower than claymore.
