Closed Game crashes after I select character

Problem: Game crashes after I select character.
Details: Was stuck in cash shop before and had "character was already logged in" for 2 days. Now I can log in, but when I click my character the game has a problem and it crashes.

What do you mean by trying different compatibility?

 

Right-click on your client and check its properties what is it set as?

 

I clicked Test the program and it didn't work. Should I try a different Windows version?

 

I set my compatibility as Windows XP Service Pack 2, try testing that out if you crash again or not.

 

I tried every single compatibility and the crash still happens. Thanks for the help though!

Just disabled everything, anti virus and fire wall and the game still "stops working". Also just tried re-installing the game. Nothing still

 

This sounds like it could potentially be a MAC ban, please try making a ban appeal thread so an admin can help you out.
