The master list seems sorely lacking in listing many bugs. I've been going after quest specialist and I've encountered several bugs which have cost me lots of wasted time and missed opportunities for completed quests:

1. Mac the Mechanic's Maintenance Manual. Located in Ludibrium, given by Mac the Mechanic. Problem: the boxes in the toy factory do not teleport me to the Hidden Street, rendering me unable to kill the Toy Trojans and retrieve his manual.
2. Retrieving the Storybook: Hongbu and Nolbu, given by Wiz the Librarian. Located in Helios Tower. Unable to complete since the Magic Seed quests are bugged.
3. Goblins at Black Mountain. Located in Korean Folk Town, given by Chumji. When I drop the Roasted Pork, Buckwheat Paste, and Rice Wine in their proper locations, nothing happens. They are supposed to summon the Yellow, Green, and Blue King Goblins, but instead, the items simply disappear and I get nothing.
4. Retrieving the Storybook: The Goblins at Black Mountain, given by Wiz the Librarian. Located in Helios Tower. Unable to be completed since Goblins at Black Mountain is bugged.
5. Sakura, the Kitty, and the Orange Marble. Located in Showa Town, given by Boss Kitty/Sakura. Everything works fine up until the final step. I give Boss Kitty 300 Fried Chicken, I take his quiz, pass it, and then the game says a bug has occurred and I can't progress with the quest.
6. Nero' Necklace. Located in Orbis, given by Ericsson. Unable to purchase Golden Bell and Red Ribbon in the Cash Shop for 1 meso, thereby rendering this quest and any subsequent quests unable to be completed.
7. The Blocked Path of the Ocean. Located in Aqua Road, given by Taeng the Explorer. As far as I've seen, Cold Sharks and Sharks do not drop the Broken Camera. They drop the other two items in droves, but I gave up after trying for about 30 minutes and not getting the camera. I'm not sure if this is simply bad luck, but at this point, I'm not willing to spend any more time here since for all I know, it could be a bug.

There's also the PQ bug which renders you unable to proceed through a portal if you press up before the stage is cleared. This has screwed over numerous of my party members in both KPQ and LPQ. I find it disappointing that this isn't listed in the Master Bugs list, nor in this list. Overall, I'm really disappointed that so many quests here are bugged, and I hope that they are fixed soon. So far, I've missed out on at least eight quest completions simply due to bugs. I hope there aren't too many more.

 

All the quests you've listed have been reported already months ago, the masterpost hasn't been edited since May sadly.
I completed Sakura, the Kitty, and the Orange Marble and The Blocked Path of the Ocean in new source so they should still be working.


I doubt 800 is possible for new source players, I just barely managed it and I had horntail kill, dark tachion, maple history book quests completed.

 

Can also confirm Sakura, the Kitty, and the Orange marble is able to be completed in new source.

 

Guess I'll retry the Blocked Path then. I don't know what to say about the Orange Marble. All I can say is that: it doesn't work. I've tried it three times now and it simply doesn't work.

The other thing I'll say is that, if it is indeed the case that all these bugs have already been reported, then the admins really need to step up their game in being more proactive about communicating updating the bugs list and trying to fix them. For a server that's years old, it has a lot more bugs than other nascent servers I've seen. Failing any major fixes, the least I'd expect is some GM to help out and get people their quest completions, since it's otherwise impossible to do so at the moment.

 

Try changing channels. Also had this problem and it worked when i cc'd. Can also confirm that the broken camera drops. I think it took me an average of 30mins on 2 of my characters for it to drop. Got a SE20 though so i wasnt mad.


Anyway, i know it was already reported but the "joining zenumist" only worked on 2 of my 6 characters. Already tried forfeiting and relogging/changing channels. Is this a character issue? Im missing the entire zenumist/alcadno quest line because of this.

• Location: Omega Sector - Kulan Field 1
• NPC: Black Mesoranger
• Details: Quest reward is incorrect, I selected 10% Staff for Magic Attack scroll, received a 10% One-Handed Axe for attack scroll.

• Quest: Opening Hongbu's Gourd / Opening Nolbu's Gourd
• Location: Korean Folk Town
• NPC: Honbu & Nolbu
• Details: Quest requires you to drop a seed on the top of their house to grow, nothing grows when you drop the seed. Repeated it multiple times, doesn't seem to be working.

 

The Blocked Path of the Ocean quest isn't bugged. I found the broken camera after like 1 or 2 hours. Out of all the 3 items, it's the hardest to find. I found this out while hunting for Rapid Fire SBs at the same time.

 

• Quest: Goblin at Black Mountain
• Location: Korean Folk Town
• NPC: Chumji
• Details: Goblins do not spawn after dropping the correct items at the correct locations. Item is consumed after like, 10 seconds from being dropped.

All of the quests you're reporting have already been reported mate.

 

It seems that this bug hasn't been fixed yet

 

It only works once per channel after ever server check. Try different channels.

Quest: An Incident, and the Missing Alchemist

• Location: Alcadno Research Institute: Lab - Area B-3

• NPC: -

Details: Portal in Alcadno Research Institute: Lab - Area B-3 is supposed to bring you to a dark map version of Alcadno Research Institute: Lab - Area A-3 to do a jq but brings you to the normal map with mobs instead.
