Closed Vote Glitch, Didn't Receive NX

Problem: The Mapleroyals website voting link appeared, meaning it had been 24 hours since my last vote. However, I completed the captcha and the actual gtop100 website says "you need to wait 2:8:xx hours to vote." Not sure what the timing discrepancy is or how to address.

My responses to common questions posed by the support staff are in bold below:

- Are you sure that you used your LOG IN ID (the one that you type / see before getting into the game) & not your in game name? Yes
- Are you by any chance voting with your phone? If so, please just use your computer. No, used computer.
- Are you using the adblock program "uBlock" if so, try turning that off or whitelisting it before voting so that it doesn't block the essential button that you need to push to cast your vote & receive NX. No.
- Are you going completely through the voting process & hitting the big red button at the end & seeing a notification that says "Thanks for voting!" at the end? As mentioned, could not reach the normal Thanks for voting! notification part of the process.

Please let me know if I could receive a refund.

I've also had this happen to me for last 3 days, contact me when and if i can be refunded or a fix or something i just started a few days ago and i have literally only redeemed the voting thing once maybe twice.

 

Exactly same thing has been happening for me too now:

There won't be any refunds as you didn't actually vote. Refunds are only meant for players who successfully voted but didn't received the NX.

For your case, try voting using mobile data.

Voting worked normally with using mobile data, so at least this is solved for me now

 

If you're from SG or MSIA, then it's common for your IP to assign dynamic IPs...so don't be too surprised if you can't vote when you actually haven't.

 

From the U.S. North East coast, but in any case, mobile seems to work (although I try to avoid it based on guidance from support staff) - thanks a lot for the help!

 

i did the voting process, but never got the NX, other than that im not sure i understand what you mean by i didn't actually vote.

 

You can vote using mobile data, not an issue for that. Just bear in mind to only vote once per 24 hours will do.

 

i have been voting, i've gone through the verification, and when i hit the vote button it sends me the message as if i just voted i try and revote to make sure and it actually work and it tells me i just voted i can revote in XXXX
