I noticed most of the player that didn't update their game client when it roll out is because they don't understand English much and has no idea when patching game client is needed, which caused a lot of trouble like players complaining about dc when reaching certain town or when certain drops appear, to avoid that please make a patch note available in other languages as well for the ease of use.
Would there be a way to check if the game is properly updated when the user first tries to launch it, and if it isn't, a message is given telling them they need to update with a link to the update? That way, people couldn't even play with out-of-date files and there'd be no confusion.
Isn't there a straight-up Chinese MapleRoyals landing page? Is it not frequently updated? Maybe we can have kind volunteers translate announcements in the various language subforums. And have a stickied thread in each subforum that is edited every new update? I can translate in Korean if there is ever a need.
