problem with downloading the new maplestory setup

when im downloading the new maplestory setup (mapleroyals setup 7-14.exe)
and clicking on it its says error reading initialization file.

yes this is what i thought in the first place but i tried all the following things:

re download the file (more then 5 times)

restart pc

restart router

download from another router

and in my other pc the same problem is happening.

 

Then there must be some software running on your computer which is corrupting the files. Try disabling your firewall and antivirus when downloading and installing MapleRoyals.
