    I can tell you that dummy scrolling is not a real thing on this server.
    There are no predefined values, no “this is scroll #638292 and it is preprogrammed to pass no matter who uses it on what”
    this does not prove dummy scrolling does not work tho if you said the scroll was preprogrammed to pass or fail it would make dummy scrolling not a real thing..

    I may not be, it's just my opinion on the scrolling method.Most people have already ingrained in their brains that it does not work... but their reason is that dummy scrolling does not work is because scrolls are independent events and scroll a does not affect scroll b's success rate. but what do independent events have to do with guessing whether which 60% scroll at that moment of time will work.

    I may be wrong that's the point of discussion

    My experience of finishing my 71/4 RC:

    1/34 > the last scroll worked after i threw away all my existing 10%s and got a new bunch. credits to @clapyouhat1 for the advice lol

    I did not dummy scroll.

    I guess my point here is that I believe in 'scroll refreshing' :)

    People should still note that this is all about luck. I continue to dummy scroll cuz I find it fun in my own way as it adds flavour to scrolling.
    Although there is nothing wrong about dummy scrolling, one should not push the belief that it actually works.

    To me, I think the only good thing about dummy scrolling is wiping the server clean of useless scrolls. Also, if you can randomly pass 6-7 30% Weapon for ACC, you can use it on warriors who lack accuracy in the early game :)

    Dummy scrolling DOES work. If you fail 10 60%'s in a row, thats 40% 10 times, very small chance. 11 times is even smaller, so you have better odds... this is obvious guys

    No matter what it is, total bullshit, racism, or stereotype. Could you first name 396 Chinese in Royals who believe in dummy scrolling? Cuz Slurps (DZ), Paopao (PH), Kaeru (CA), and cakesogood (SG) believe in dummy scrolling.
