Well it finally happened and blizzard have announced that official Vanilla servers are in development. People have been asking for these for many years Interesting, the Old school MS community and the Vanilla WoW community have lots in common. What do you guys think? Also do you think such a high profile Dev/Publisher like Blizzard making official legacy servers might spur Nexon to see the value in their own legacy/prebb servers maybe? Would you play them if they did?
Well wasn't that the whole point of the Reboot servers? Even though it didn't really work out and wasn't what the players really wanted at all lol
i think reboot is by far the most populated server. I am not aware of how they tried to sell it to old returning players, obviously its current version its quite far from prebb i think people knew that? edit: i dont know if i would even like nexon to make an old school maple server im just not a fan of nexon in general.
The reboot server really isn't anything like old Maple was. I can see WoW doing a good job of it, RS did with OSRS, Nexon on the otherhand... I don't see them ever making a real attempt that isn't stylized and a cash grab
