Hello, I made a character that cannot exit Amherst. How can I fix this? Everytime I try to use a portal to exit the city, it automatically disconnects me and says "Unable to connect to the game server". My ign is "Healism". I do not want to make another character because I spent on NX on it already thinking it was going to be my main.
