Officially anounce the start of royals bank

Hi guys, I have spent some time to craft the terms which I think should work, I prepare to start a new thread to officially announce the start of this bank. Just put the terms here before starting a new thread to have some advice.

What is the the Royals Bank?
The royals bank is a real-world bank like bank in MapleRoyals. People can borrow mesos or ws/cs by paying some extra interest from the Royals Bank, and people can also deposit mesos or ws/cs to earn some interest.

First Things First
I keep the right to modify these rules anytime. All trade happen be in accordance to the rules at the time when the trade happen. And if you try to trade with me, I would assume that you have read the rules.

For Lenders

What's the criteria need to be a lender?
You need to meet at least one of following criterion to borrow mesos from the Royals Bank.
1. Have at least one account lv at least 70.
2. Have a guarantor who can be a legitimate lender(the lv for a gurantor should be at least 120).
3. Give something whose value should be at least the amount of mesos you wanna borrow as pledge.

What do you need to give to borrow mesos?
1. A Facebook account of you own(I will verify the owner later).
2. A guarantor if you just meet criteria 2.
3. Give something whose value should be at least the amount of mesos you wanna borrow as pledge if you just meet criteria 3.
4. Some extra interests.

How much mesos and how long am I legitimate to borrow?
I have classfied the lenders into 4 levels. Which level you are depends on how good you meet the criterion above, a lv 200 account should be legitimate to borrow more mesos than a lv 70 account and a lv 100 account with a lv 200 account as guarantor should be legitimate to borrow more mesos than a pure lv 100 account. The length you can borrow is generally the same with the amount.
Level 1: You can borrow up to 40M and up to 1 week.
Level 2: You can borrow up to 100M and up to 2 weeks.
Level 3: You can borrow up to 500M and up to 3 weeks.
Level 4: You can borrow up to 1B and up to 4 weeks.
I will try to modify these levels cap according to the lenders' response. But I don't have that much mesos now so I'll just borrow that small amount of mesos for a try.

What if I don't pay the debt?
I hope that won't happen but if that happen I will try my best to make everyone know this is a scammer and never trade with this guy. And don't forget I have got your fb account, I'll try to post something to let your friends know your behavior in game. I believe you don't want to lose trust of others because of some mesos.

What about the intersts?
This is still in test. The intersts will be in daily basis and the percentage will be 3%. Let me just have an example, you borrow 1B mesos and if you promise you will pay the mesos within 1 week, then
intersts of first day will be 1B x 3% = 30M, the interst of second day will be (1B + 30M) x 3% = 60M, and the day after that will just follow this rule. Basically, the mesos you have pay is (The mesos you
originally borrow )*(103%)^(the number of days have passed since you borrow the mesos). Therefore, pay as sonn as possible or it will go really big. However if you borrow more than 1 week, you can pay the debt on a weekly basis like you borrowed 1B for 2 week, what you have to pay after one week is 1B * 103% ^ 7 = 1.23B, you can pay the 0.23B(230M) at the end of the first week and the second week will start from the 1B.

About the guarantor?
If someone bring a guarantor and the a guarantor is willing to do so, the guarantor will have to pay the dept if the lender don't, so be careful when someone ask you to be his or her guarantor. And don't have you mule as your guarantor or you will be in my blacklist(I do have some kind of methods to verify that though it is not that accurate).

About the pledge?
If you don't pay the debt after the deadline, I have the right to keep the pledge. If you pay on time, the pledge will be returned.

About the day?
A day is naturally 24 hours, if the hours is like 25 hours, it will just be 2 days.

For Depositor
I have the right to refuse the deposit if there is no lenders in demand.

The interest?
Term deposit and fixed deposit are both accepted and the time of deposit should be on weekly basis which means you can only deposit like 1 week, 2 week or more but not 1 day, 2 days. For Term deposit, you will get 2% interest per week. For fixed deposit, you have 4% interest per week and you will have a deadline and you have no interest if you withdraw the mesos within the deadline. All the interest of both deposit will be accumulated to the original deposit week by week just like borrow.

When is the bank available?
The bank will be available from 5th of Nov, 02:00:00(UTC). Have to have some time to find sponsor or to collect some mesos.

What time can we find you online?
I'll be online from 02:00:00 to 04:00:00(UTC) on weekdays.
For the weekend, I'll be not online since I gonna level my own char but you can still pm me to get me.

About the tax?
All the mesos I mentioned is before tax. And for lenders who wanna borrow mesos to buy some stuff, I can buy that stuff for you so that you can evade some tax.

About the meso?
Mesos I mentioned refer to mesos or ws/cs. ws=440M, cs=445M

About the credit score?
All the trade history will be recorded. And I will evaluate the hostory to determine someone's credit score. Blacklist will be published.

lol the biggest threat to having my personal fb is that people I know IRL could find out I play this game, not that I'm some distrustful scammer of worthless currency, pretty sure they wouldn't care about that

 

I don't like that the OP is suggesting the threat of tracking someone down using their RW Facebook account and using that to in a way blackmail them. If there's an issue on this server, it should be handled by the staff of the server, not something someone should be taking into their own hands.

what is in it for the lenders? if i deposit 20b into the "bank" how much will it grow in a week?

 

Thinking about it more, this idea seems too flawed and invites too many potential problems for the community and server so I'm going to lock this thread.
