IGN: Hesoki Problem: I got hacked, all my mesos, nx, a pink gaia cape and my 3 clean blue neos from storage gone. Details: So I logged off yesterday after searching around free market, and setting up my shop. The next day like 7 hours later, I logged in and I saw my buttons has beeen reverted to regular buttons (jump, pick up, attack, buddy list buttons etc) and I see all my mesos, nx and a Pink gaia cape gone. I was kind of shocked when I logged in to retrieve mesos from my shop. I wanna ask, if there really is those kind of "hackers" around here. And no I didn't share my account with ANYBODY. I happily want an answer from either you guys, or GM as soon as possible, thanks.
Noooo, nothing. No details about my account. Has this even happend before? And can you guys help or do something about it?
Sorry, refunds are not offered despite the unfortunate situation. Set a strong PIN/PIC when you log in next, and change your password from the homepage portal to ensure you won't get hacked ever again.
