If it is in fact 9 attack 0 slots, then it is worth what @JamestheXIII said & is ~2.2b

 

2-3b is such a huge range. you can get 9 att for 2b and 10 att for even less than 3b.

 

can confirm have bought/ruined many 9att clean capes - they are 5b
