Not Bug NX item timing out/teddy bear shop closing every day

OK, so I bought the teddy bear merchant shop 2 days ago. Every time I wake up the next day, the shop is closed and items are at fredericks.
This is not described in the description of this shop. Others have their shop open continously.

I have a nx wand in my inventory and cannot get it out as it keeps saying it timed out. see pic.

Can someone explain these 2 problems?

Well if you set the store when you wake up, and it is closed when you wake up the next day, assuming you wake up on regular times that would mean there has been more or less 24 hours, a merchant will not stay open for longer than that.
There have not been any problems with merchants reported before, so that sounds more likely to be the case, and since the merchant tells you for how long it will stay up when you click on it, you can easily check that before going to bed.

It's a known bug that NX items can run into issues like that at rare times, you should be able to take it out again with the next update.

Wait. Now my pet item pouch has disappeared. What is going on? I have had that on since July. It's not in the cs It's not in storage and it's not on me.
Am borrowing one from another char until mine returns.

 

I don't know, do you have multiple pets on normally? Have you perhaps then equipped it on the second or third pet equip window?

 

I put on 3 pets earlier. I just checked I took the one pouch off I borrowed from another char and then I saw one on my silver husky for some reason. But when I went to take that one off it disappeared. So I still am missing that one.

 

See there is one on my husky and one in inventory.How do I get the one off the husky? And give the other char her pouch back?
As you can see in the equip inventory there is no pouch equipped. So I am confused.

Well now I closed the inventory window and the pouch disappeared from there.
I think I am going crazy.

Ok so I restarted the game, took all the pets off, took all the equips off cept for the hat. I put on the silver husky and the reg husky appeared. I closed them both and put the white cat on, and she shows the pouch but won't pick up any mesos. Yes I have the magnet and scales and potion holders and winged boots .
So this item seems to be stuck on the window when I click on my character. But does not show in the equip inven box.

 

Now it is showing on the persian cat but it isnt showing in equip window.


Well, if any of you guys can go on my acct and see what is going on I'd appreciate it. If you can. You, Karvin Charlie.... thx

 

You have 3 tabs for pet equips, did you check all of them?

 

Yes I did . It seems the pouch is jumping to each pet but does not show in equips. I cannot get a hold of it

Okay latest update I finally got it back by clicking everything like a crazy woman.
Pets on and off equips on and off all pet equips on and off and managed to get the pouch onto the black husky,and into my inventory and back on the husky. Wow....

 

That is quite strange, I think right now I would suggest waiting until the next update, the same issue you are having with the Wand might affect the item pouch as well.

 

Okay. So I went to get my wand out of the cash shop.
It is now gone. Not in my inventory and not in the cash shop.
Can you find out where it went?

This is the staff that is gone. It cost RP. It is nowhere to be found now. Before when I tried to get it out that day(see first thread) It said it was timed out. Now after the update and sc's ,it is gone.

 

And now it is saturday, still no wand.

 

Now it is TUESDAY and still no reply OR item back.......

Really... It is now Dec 1st, and I really would like to use the RP staff I bought a while ago.
Please? Thank you guys.... Almost been a month now.

 

12/4 now and still no staff added into inventory. Can I just get the 15 RP back into my acct? As it doesn't look like I'm getting that staff back anytime soon. It's been a long time now guys.....
