Duplicate Zakum Boss Bug

Every time I enter Zakum boss room and we are at the final 3rd body of Zakum, maple royals mysteriously stops working. A message pops up that it stops working and I get forced off. Please fix! Thank you!

 

Have you tried the GFX trick by adjusting your graphic quality to lowest / highest once Zakum starts changing form?

 

I have the same issue. Tried to buy a helm and i dc as soon as zak dies with that "maplestory has stopped working". Guess no helm for me.

 

Did any of you experience any GFX issues (like zakum body blinking etc)?

Its silly but I havent seen zakum in years, when he disappeared now and then I assumed it was part of the fight lol

I also experienced a bug I think months ago where I was on my tamed mob on hero and when going inside I couldn’t unride my hog. I reported to Charlie idk if he passed on the info

 

So is there something i can do to fix it? or it will be fixed?

 

Try GFX-ing for now (change your resolution after every body).

uhm.... stupid question, how do i change the resolution in game? i have no option to do that, only change the quality

nope. you need to change the game quality by pressing: esc->down arrow twice (go to system options) -> change picture quality (doesn't matter if you change it to best or normal quality, it refresh the client either way)

Edit - Tried it, it works. Hurray on a new a zakum helmet. Be sure to change quality after every body of zakum and you're good.
