AP Resets being sold by Albert.

Maybe it is a little off-topic. I am just confused with the statement "HP wash is not necessary but luxury."
Now I am thinking if there is anything really not luxury but necessary in the world.
Is palying mapleroyals necessary? No, it is actually luxury. You play mapleroyals only if you have spare time, not being starving to death at the same time.
Is having a decent life necessary? No, it is actually luxury. If using surviving as the first and only criterium, you can beg on the street and stay alive.
Is surviving even necessary? No, it is actually luxury. Have you ever thought of the reason that you are alive and enjoying but other people are dying and suffering. PPl suffering in cancer/ALS/slavery would rather die instead of staying alive.
Therefore, nothing is really necessary in the world including "HP wash"

Here in royals, as far as I know, the majority who wants to enjoy the game do HP wash.
I think it is better to face the fact that royals is not GMS. royals stays in v062/83 for over 4 years. How long is the v062/83 in GMS?
Why the admin and GM expect people behave similarly to GMS?
It is unnecessary to discuss if HP is necessary or not when the majority wants to do HP wash.

 

The only reasonable solution (if admins decide to implement resets available at Albert) is to sell them for minimum 15m each. That way players will be able to choose between gachapon and selling AP resets. Market resets stabilized around 12m, if you're too lazy to get them piece by piece from player trade, go ahead and buy them at NPC but be prepared to PAY SIGNIFICANTLY MORE.

Yeah, those of you who stated that the price has stabilized, in my opinion, are incorrect. The price and availability of ap resets was heavily impacted by the 24k nx that everyone was given. Now that most of that has been spent prices will increase again, and supply will drop.

I don't think a couple extra days of NX was the issue. The lack of NX vote abusers selling AP resets has drastically decreased.

There was a brief period(maybe 5 days) where AP resets were significantly easier to find and the price had stabilized around 12-13m. This was right after everyone was given their 24k NX. That influx ran out and we're back to a steady increase in price and a steady decrease in supply which is, of course, due to the lack of vote abusers selling AP resets.

 

Well yeah, either way it's a lack of NX going into resets. I thought you meant a bunch of free NX was bad for the AP reset prices, and good or bad, 3 days of NX is minimal, long term, compared to the lack of vote abusers dumping hundreds of accounts*days of NX into resets.

 

totally support this. inflation is going crazy now in the server. I raised my low level leeching price from 30M/55M to 40M/70M just so i can make enough money to buy(begging) for AP resets.

 

AP reset is for helping beginner, it should have a good price !else is too hard for a beginner to get started

 

how is it going to help beginners when everything else's price is raising because AP price went up.
for exp. low level leeching. i used to sell it for 30/55. it will cost 3 ap reset@10m each for split. now. since the server is inflated so bad, i raise the low lvl leech price to 40/70. still cost 3 ap reset(13M each) for a split leech.

Make NPC sell for 10-12m each. New players can buy APR from Cash Shop, sell at 9.5m each. EZ!!

 

I do not understand why you guys think new players need to sell AP reset. I feel new players are the people who are more likely to buy AP Reset.

 

It's one of the easiest and consistent method to make money for new players.

 

I think the easiest and consistent method is to train a BS. Grinding in zombies selling tooth and then leech. They will then HP wash and leech their attacker as a second character. This is probably the most common route a new player is taking. That is the reason I claimed the new play are the people seeking for AP reset rather than selling them. Only a little fraction of very new players who do not understand the server and have no acquaintance in this community are selling APs. Otherwise the largest resource of AP resets is the group of player who finished HP wash.( if we do not count for vote abusers)

 

Only true if you play long hours daily. Casual players who have 2-3 hours to play daily won't be able to use that money making method.

Bumping this thread because we are in need of a permanent/stronger meso sink (as White Scrolls/Chaos Scrolls/AP Reset prices are inflating like crazy day by day) and there has pretty much been no response by staff on this thread after 8 pages of comments...
