Problem: Got scammed

He got banned but I got no refund yet. I paid him 349,999,999 mesos.

Unfortunately this is old source. In old source, scamming was not only bannable but you could get a refund of meso/items if you had evidence. Now it’s not possible. Blame new sauce :v

 

If you would like to report someone we have a support section for it. Character issues is not the correct one.

 

Does this mean scamming is bannable? Im asking cause I see no point in suggesting it if it weren't bannable. However if we scan the terms and conditions there is no clause about scamming. So how does reporting someone for scamming works exactly again?

 

Good point, though support threads should be posted where they belong if you want to receive any help. That includes being turned down on a report of a player.
Since it wasn't posted in the correct section I am merely closing the thread for that reason.

 

Hello. Im not reporting that guy who scammed me. He is already perma banned. I just want refund like the guy I stated

 

I saw him once in fm, but his level was quite low. I think his main character is not banned(different client). Maybe he traded your mesos to his main character and got banned. You should have paid directly to bs so his main character could be banned.

 

Who are you talking about? SGoodStuff is my char and it got scammed. The person who scammed is another person

 

Hello, I’m afraid to say but didnt you misread what I wrote? Im not reporting someone. The person who reported me got perma-banned already. I made this thread since I got no refund of 350m yet.

 

Scamming must be bannable since who scammed me got perma-banned

 

It’s not atm. So I don’t know what is being discussed among the staff to implement the rule. I suggest you make a new thread with the title: requesting xxx million mesos refund due to being scammed. Scammer is banned already missing mesos refund

 

If scamming is not bannable, then why did the guy I reported got banned?

Nah, I was prompted to get a sufficient proof when I made the report thread. I'm sure he got banned because of my report
