Last thing I did is leech someone at Skele map. Also go to FM and sell equip (Drop from Skele) to NPC.

All 1st job skills maxed? Is that what magicians do? Sorry that was off topic. (And sorry for my lack of magician knowledge)
So you have 106 SP in 1st, 121 in 2nd, 151 in 3rd and 180 in 4th if I counted correctly. 9 spare SP makes 567 SP in total. Leveling from 8 to 200 should get you 582 SP, if I counted correctly (I believe you get 1 SP from advancing, and 3 when advancing to 4th)

What's your level by the way? If it's 200, I guess something is wrong. But if you're like 195 I think it's OK.

u are missing SP cause u maxed all first job skills ..

Can GM reset it? I don't add any skill in 1-2-3 job after 4 . I can sure it Cause I never use Magic Armor and only add one point at energy bolt.

 

No. GM doesn't reset player's skill point. I'm pretty sure you have put energy bolt unintentionally. And GM doesn't refund player's mistake. This is coming from my experience. But you can buy and reset those skill point from cash shop .
