Closed Cannot get past character selection screen

Issue:
Cannot get past character selection screen.

Character Names:
LlTE , Fr0st, ScrollGod (all different accounts)

Additional Information:
Kept getting this error message after selecting a character.

Went through the troubleshooting guide and it said there was a ban on my accounts.

 

Have you tried changing the compatibility of your client? Look around the forum as there are many solutions.

 

Yes, I have tried changing the compatibility. I was able to log on about once per account 3 days ago, but after I logged off I kept crashing afterwards.
This solution helped me once about a year ago but it didn't do the trick this time.

What operating system are you playing on?

I checked your character IGNs, non of them are banned.

 

I'm playing on Windows 10.

I did something similar to the solution Sila gave in the link above:
Device Manager (View > Show Hidden) > Network adapters > uninstall all TAP-Windows Adapter V9 and TAP-Win32 Adapter OAS drivers
