"ID already logged in"

Hi, im getting a message of "this is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection. Please check again" whenever i try to log in to mapleroyals. The website currently states that the server is online with 1454 players online at the time of making this post. Looking for help with this issue!

 

Your character is stuck and you need to wait for a server check to get unstuck
