For now it is. Everyone needs str overalls cuz ht pendant isn't available.

 

not really. The total stats of this oa is 19. You can get a better overall lvl 90 or 100 with 22-23 stats so this one is below average. Altho mantles are unisex so thats why I valued at 100m
