Closed nothing happen with some NX cards

Problem: couldnt get NX from NX cards
Details: I did opened Galore Sacks and took NX cards on this character, but couldnt take some NX. showing 0 NX by cash shop screen
and all of NX tickets are gone after went to cash shop. (well couldnt recall how many I had a 100 or 300 tickets, but at least I had some both tickets)
can I have a refund NX or 2 galore sacks? thanks
