Log in Issue

I can't log in with my wifi anymore, but if I use my phone to share hotspot to my laptop, I can log in with with no issue. Out of sudden i couldn't log it with using the wifi connection anymore

Your account isn’t banned but your ip address is. Try resetting your router just in case, if that doesn’t work then make a ban appeal

 

I can't reset the router, it's provided by my condominium. Let me try a ban appeal

 

If is a condo router then someone might have broke the rules and the entire ip got banned. Ggwp
