I bought the staff from the cash shop with RP a while ago. A few weeks later I went to take it out of the cs inventory. It said error times out. (1st ss) 11/8 After the update, i went to get it out as Andreas said it will reappear. The RP staff is gone. It is nowhere to be found. (2nd ss)(3rdss) Not cash shop inven not game inven. It is gone. I need a refund of 15 rp put back on my acct or the staff replaced. Thank you ROXXY
OKay it has been OVER a month and no one is responding to this problem. I would like my 15 RP back into my cash shop please. This is completely ridiculous being ignored all this time. This was real money paid to this game,and I have nothing to show for it. I need one of the admins to fix this problem.
I'm sorry for the long wait, but please remember that bug reports are not actively looked at when there is no further information required to deal with the reported bug. Especially not a bug report of an already known problem. We constantly receive bug reports about issues that have already been reported, or are already known, that clutters the section and does not help us. You are much more likely to not even receive a reply if you make a bug report, since the section is only used to fix that specific bug. Character issues is where we look to help with personal problems that only affect you, like your item completely disappearing. I have refunded you 15 RP for the lost wand.
