I used my game username and I have lvl 15 character, still didn't get the NX. When I try to vote again it says : "You have already voted! Please vote again in x:xx:xx Hours:Minutes:Seconds"
Someone has voted on your ip then. btw you need to use the id you use to log in with and not you character IGN (in game name)
I occasionally get this error when I solve the captcha, forget to click the button, close the tab, and then belatedly realize my mistake. Make sure you're completing the entire process - you can't click the button until you complete the captcha.
