IGN: iiAng Problem: heart-shaped chocolate gone missing(NX ITEM) Details: NX Item gone missing twice. I initially have 6 heart-shaped chocolate effects. Gave 3 away, 2 got missing. Left with one. The most recent one that i have the exact time that the effect gone missing is 15 December 15:31 server time. Please help me check what is the problem and if possible i want my items back, or my NX back. Thank you.
Did you sort your cash inventory? Simply drag and drop them one by one, and relooting will fix the issue.
I remember very long ago when CS was fixed, I lost few Heart shaped chocolates as well. If I remember correctly they couldn't be traded/dropped at certain times and on certain characters no matter how much we (me and receiver) relogged/CCed. They got lost after I stored them in the Cash shop inventory.

However, i only able to recover one heart-shape only, is there anyway to recover my other heart shape which i lost like few weeks ago. (or one month, cant really remember)
