What exactly is vote abuse? Like, I don’t want to learn how to do it god no. But I have 3 accounts because I have a hard time sticking with one character or I want to try a new build style but then I get bored and make another new guy (L> Character delete option please ) However, if I vote on these accounts once a day each is that abuse? I use my pc for one, then my phone cellular data for my second, and then usually if I catch myself at a place with public WiFi (more often than not WalMart or a public library) I vote on my 3rd account. I don’t vote on these guys everyday all the time however, it’s usually just the account my Iron Man is on.
As long as you only vote once in 24 hours, you'll be fine. In your case, since you have 3 accounts, you're only allowed to vote on one of it every 24 hours. If you vote on each account once (e.g. more than 1 time in total), you'll be punished.

Yes, you can vote on your Iron man account then wait 24 hours later before you can vote on your other account. The key point is within 24 hours, you can only vote a total of once regardless of how many accounts you have.
Technically, you can't vote more than once for an account within 24 hours, simply because when you vote, a record is stored. So if you attempt to vote again for the same account, you'd be prompted to wait till the timer is up.
Yeah the minutes timer thing. Do you know why sometimes MapleRoyals clears you and then sends you to gtop but then gtop for some reason makes you wait hours? Like I try to vote around 5pm-9pm EST when/if I do vote, but gtop will tell me I have to wait until like 2amEST for some reason some times.
That would be the case of the IP you're assigned to has already voted. This happens when you're assigned dynamic IP by your provider. Nothing we can do on our end.
