And are you getting any error messages?

 

Of course I am.
And there are no messages.
I just voted again now and no nx.
I believe this is the 4th day now not showing the NX.
It's been fine until 4 days ago.
Haven't changed a thing.
Same pc since July.
I know how it works.
It's just not registering any NX.

 

Now did not receive yesterday's nx. So missing 4 days of voting nx or 5... Now I'm confused.Haven't been in game more than 10 mins each day in the last 4 days.

I had 8 k nx and 4 k nx from nx cards already there from about 4 days ago.. Havent seen days of 8k nx yet.
Just went back to cash shop just now and my nx cards totalled 8k+
but no vote nx for the last few days

 

Just went to vote again. Noticed first it says fail in red then goes to green.
That is what has been going on last 4 ,5 days on me. I'm not getting any of the nx at all.


I'm sorry. I WAS getting the red message after all, but then the green each time I voted.
That's now 4 or 5 days. Not sure.
If anyone can check it?

Have you tried voting from a different internetbrowser or your mobile phone?

 

Your votes did register on the 21st and 22nd as having been credited to your account, unfortunately I cannot confirm further if you did not receive the NX regardless. Because of that I can't offer you any refund.
I'm sorry for the problem, if you continue having this issue please make a new thread.
