Savior of ULU city

hello i have fulfilled the requirements Saviour of ULU city, however the NPC does not allow me to complete the quest.

any advice?

 

Have you killed Krexel ? Also I believe this quest is repeatable

 

nope have yet to kill him, on my way to completing the quests to unlock him

 

Which part of the quest you have trouble with ? Savior Of Ulu city is completed after killing Krexel
