hi gm lit help plz when i log in my account and went 2 happy ville and came out and try to cc and then got disconnect when i login back went to hunting gound to hunt quest item cant use my skill itz say i need a weapon then i was checking my equipment inventory didn see my wand 6 and only show the cashshop item and it was red color

ign: aimirina problem : weapon disappaered elem wand8 166magicatt 10 int Details :log on my bishop went 2 hunting ground do to the xmas quest i rememeber i use gensis on the map and then i just rememeber i didn get the quest yet so i went to found where is rudi so i got in to the fm and go to the happy ville to get all the quest after i get out the fm i change chn but i got disconncet i went back on the game and went to hunting ground try 2 hunt when i use the gensis but nothing came out when i look at the screen itz say i need a weapon to use the skill then i check my equipment inventory only show the cash item(seal pillow) on the red color .
We will look into this, however it does require importing backups looking for your item, and now with it being Christmas it will unfortunately take more time.
