unable to find the launcher

i downloaded the game but i cant find the game launcher in the game files.

I am having the same issues!

 

This is usually due to your antivirus program thinking the MapleRoyals.exe file contains malware, due to the way the client is edited to make it connect to Royals. You will need to go into your antivirus client and set up an exception for the .exe file and then either reinstall or restore the .exe file from your antivirus quarantine.

You could try disabling the antivirus completely then reinstall, that way you can determine if it is the problem.

Hmm, sounds like something else is interfering with the installation then. Hard to tell without being able to see your setup though :/

 

Is there any thing i can tell you that will help you diagnose the problem?

 

Did setting the mapleroyals on exeption in your anti virus helped you?

 

Which antivirus program do you use? Can you take a screenshot of the exceptions you have setup?
