Fixed Help mom&dad 16 times still don't get the orb

according to the website

(Note: Orb of Versalmas Cheer is untradeable and rare! If you don't receive one within 15 times of helping Mom & Dad, an Orb will be automatically awarded to your character one time only.)

why I still don't get it?

 

Same issue with me. Turned it in 15 times and no orb.

 

Same just completed my 16th completion around 11:40 PM PST and did not receive :')

turned in 15+ on two separate characters; no orbs on either

 

17 times still no ORB with my DRK......

 

i was just about to write this problem. same. event page states you get a free orb if you don't get within first 15 attempts. I didn't get one on my 15th..WHERE MY ORB. IM TILTED AFFF

 

I have this issue as well it my 16th turn. IGN: HeilYuhh
