You're right! As far as I can tell the only one affected is POLLUTED! <2-Curse Eye> I only did the 99 quest on my LVL175 character and the next quest is unavailable but I did both on my Ironman. It's not listed as a level locked quest on BBB though so I have no idea when you can no longer start the quest. Doesn't seem there are any other 999 quests that are level locked though, bbb doesn't list any others for Jr. Boogie. Sorry for the multiple edits to this reply! I have updated the guide.
Okay, I handed it in at LVL85 on my Ironman so it's just accepting the quest that's level locked I assume!
That actually reminds me of another thing, you can complete a quest above the level limit, just can't start it after you pass that level. Example being "To the Desert." As long as you've started the quest before level 29, it doesn't matter when you finish it, you can complete the quest by making the 5th trip to Ariant. (Did it on a level 50 char today.) Edit: Evil Eye II also has a level limit. 57
Yup, already wrote down how to complete that quest in the missable section. I'll update the others though!
nero's necklace can now be completed. white versal materia quest (2nd time) counts to the number of quests.

Perhaps a special note should be made regarding the NLC Bounty Hunter quests, specifying that each can be completed twice and both count towards the medal. Also, how does Blue Mushroom Forest in the Henesys area compare as far as being the best blue mushroom map? I haven't checked it, but it might be better.
All the bounty hunter quests are already specified in the section for repetable quests that count list! As for blue mushroom, I'll go check them out and see.
I have 2 problem: 1. Quest "Life Alchemy, and the Missing Alchemist''. I searched about it on web BeforeBigbang, they said: "take the potion on top of the desk". But have nothing happen. 2. do u have a clue that why nothing happen when i drop the Strange bottle of water of quest "Joinging Zenumist"? Thank for helping!

I've added a list of all the ores/jewels you will need to complete every quest! Didn't get anything for doing this twice so I'm removing it from the list!
