IGN: MrMuff Problem: Did not receive Deputy Star after finishing questline. Details: I got a Jack O'Lantern and Bigfoot Toe today and went to finish the questline to receive my Deputy Star but Lita did not give me one. I turned in Rags To Riches and the Bounty Hunter quests at the same time. However, only the Headless Horseman quest is showing up in my Completed list.
You have not completed all quests, you still have Fool's Gold in progress without having completed it. For why they are not all showing up in the completed quest tab, it appears as though they are all part of the same quest chain in a weird way. All you should have to do is complete the last quest and then Bounty Master will unlock.
Yes, you were 100% correct. Fool's Gold was buried in the lower level quests, thought I had already done that one. Turned in 30 Lucky Charms and then was offered the Bounty Master quest and received my Deputy Star. Thanks, Andreas!
