Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account. Character Name:Azurin Additional Information: Attempt to log in, can't get past login screen cause the button just gets stuck. I doubt I'm banned in any way since i can get in on my phone data. tried the troubleshooting guide already.
It is indeed a ban. If you can use your phone data it means is not a ban on your account or MAC address but more like your ip. Try restarting your router and see if it helps
I do already know that my building's ethernet IP is banned not due to my own fault, but the people who lived here before according to a gm tho. (which is weird because this building has just been newly built in september 2017) I set up my own wifi in my room, which is the one that seems to be stuck on login so i'm not sure what to do. Am I just forced to play on my phone data (very expensive)?
