Hi friends I'm in need of veteran and aspiring maplers help,

I'm a pretty new player here on mapleroyals and I was wondering if any of you could help me plan my Night Lord to be a great bossing character! I already have a varied amount of information which I will include so you guys can correct me but so far I've just made this level 10 rogue and since Lv.1 only put in INT and the essential 25 DEX. (See in screenshot below)

I have a bishop that I am currently leveling up normally to the point where I can leech people for profit and then I will spend all my profit on this Night Lord & AP Resets. Seeing as I am very keen to level him I would most importantly like to know what he could potentially be wearing right now at level 10 so I can at least level him a little and enjoy him while I farm the funds to get the proper (higher level I'm assuming) INT gear which costs a lot more too. From what I can gather so far all I could be wearing is a Lv.8 Wand with extra INT (Wearable by all classes) and a Lv.10 Green Bandana with +11-15 INT? Is this correct?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post and I will make sure to update my gear suggestions so I can refer back to this post on my journey, also hopefully others may learn if they are new by following my progress.

*If anyone could please help with gear steps & pricing it would be greatly appreciated!*

I would totally buy those items but as I said I'm just starting to farm on my bishop so I'll need to save, great deals though I really need those items! xD

If anyone can start me off with what are the cheapest lowest level INT items i could get to start off with for my Lv.10 Rogue?

I'm settling in here for the long term that's for sure, but I'm thinking 6-12 months or so? I mean it is hard work but so rewarding when I get the freedom of boss runs. ^^

Care to explain what that total cost is for ?I probably read that in the wrong way but i am pretty sure that washing a NL up to 18750 hp is gonna take you alot more than 2.25b

That's cause his goal is at lvl 175

    (4) 18,750 HP by Level 175
[Link to MP Wash Guide] each Level (starting from Level 70) until you have reached your target MP before you start the actual HP wash process to achieve your HP Goal.

    Recommended Total INT: 320 – 350 (Before Level 70)

Approx. 13,450 HP to gain, done within 747 HP Washes which require a total of 8,964 Excess MP

Approx. Total Cost: 1,500,000,000 (MP Washing from Level 70 – 100) + 6,120,000,000 mesos (HP Washing) + 10,000,000 for every AP you have added into INT
    (Easily 10 Billion Mesos)
Levels to Wash at: Start MP Washing from Level 70 to Level 100, followed by HP Washing*
*From Level 100 you may use continue to use the fresh AP to HP wash each level (5 washes/level) or simply use reset AP to convert ALL MP into HP

But yes it's going to be roughly 16b

Even if it was by level 200 it would still cost alot more than that ... he also mentioned 600 ap resets in total and even if ap reset were at 9m like they use to be it wouldn't be close to 2.25b

Well 600 resets is still 9,6b, with the current ap reset price of 16m.

I am on the same path as you: made my to-be corsair and got him to lvl 10, and are now waiting to gear him up with INT equips. I'm also making a bishop to hopefully fund him, and the plan is to slowly level the corsair while grinding/leeching for money to buy resets! I'm personally going for enough MP to get 12k hp at level 175, but that doesn't mean im gonna wash all my MP away with the INT, when im gonna start bossing. I just want to know that if/when i get enough mesos in the future, my character will be able to do alle content this version of maple has to offer! :)

Interesting, yes I most likely miscalculated with my friend who was giving me advice 2.25b was something to do with AP Resets only I think (not sure) But how many ap resets will I need in total then to reach my goal hp of 18,750k?

Another player named @Shiyui made a fully functional HP washing calculator, that really helped out with my HP goals, if you PM me, i can try to put your info into the calculator and give you a idea of the logistics :)

Great to know I have a friend out there going through this as well ^^

I see 9.6b is still reasonable as long as I can focus on farming with my bishop for the most part and like you said you were going to do, level him up slowly as the funds come in through the bishop.

EDIT: Ok I'll message you and yep I know Shiyui, talked to them through shout box and then in-game but I didn't want to be a bother asking all these questions when I'm sure they get it already enough. ^^

    All cool homie ^^
Like he said it would be around 16b total so if you buy ap resets at 16m each it would be around 1000 ap resets?

Ahhhhhh that's what I meant. It's to mp wash and reset back to Luk. xD

I'm doing that myself too. Just gonna rest back the mp wash mp and base int back into Luk. And slowly wash it all out.

A very useful fact from @Shiyui which I totally overlooked. Adding fresh ap from level up gives more hp then using ap resets to -mp +hp

So when ever you wash your hp use 5 level up ap. Then proceed to - 5 ap from mp and add into Luk.

Mp wash from 70-100 would 150 resets

    350 int to reset

    Total of 500 resets

Which will cost you 8bil (16m per reset)

Or 194 days of pure voting. ❤️

Ah yes, I've heard this is very important as well from @Shiyui. Thanks a bunch for your advice Gopsss!

    -------------------------------------------------

Can anyone give me a simple list of the first and cheapest INT equips I'll need for my Rogue? Such as the Lv.8 Wand with INT and the Green Bandana with INT, I know I'll need these two items the wand around 8m and the dana around 100m? So I'm currently looking for those two things first but I'm sure there are other items i could be buying before he reaches lvl 35 or so?

    • Lv.8 Wand (+?? INT) [8m?][IMG]

    • Lv.10 Green Bandana (+15 INT) [100m?][IMG]

    • Lv.20 Bathrobe (+19 INT) [290m][IMG]

    • ???
