I believe this is a known issue when using Meso Explosion from a certain distance causing the meso bags not to disappear properly but still dealing damage.
Sorry but we aren't refunding for this issue. Just please ensure that when you are using Meso Explosion that your Meso bags are exploding properly.
Happened to my zak run 4 months ago also. No drops or exp from zak when killed w meso explosion. They won't or can't do anything to fix it or compensate. Just note that meso explosion is very glitchy.
Had it happen a few times now, but it rarely happens, even when Meso disappears. Shadower sadly has the most bugs in the game.
