Closed "Forgot Password" page does not work

    If you fill out the "Username" and "Email" section at https://royals.ms/?page=forgotpassword, the next page reports "You did not enter an account username!" But I totally did.

    This is preventing me from recovering my password.

    we cannot reproduce this problem (upon filling in an account ID we do get reset properly)
