I would also like to add to this that it will happen on the Windows 7 compatibility mode after some time. The way to fix it again is to just turn compatibility mode off and try it. The game seems to “refresh” itself when compatibility mode is enabled/disabled. These solutions are not permanent solutions by any means, but they will fix the client for the time being. And it’s better than sitting with nothing to play.
