I could see which rules it may appear she had broken, but this is clearly not the case. The TL; DR Version 1) Don't advertise or recruit for other servers. -> Wasn't doing so, she just happened to use ******* because she wanted to gain recognition for something she achieved there. This would be like me saying "Hey guys I got 5 likes on my picture on facebook" while being on myspace and getting banned because I referenced facebook. Clearly was not recruiting for the server, there are no words in that phrase would entice anyone to play that server. This is even less harmful than seeing ******* being the #1 server on voting websites when voting for MapleRoyals. Game Use & Restrictions 2) 13. Transmit any advertisements -> Same explanation as above I have seen no warnings anywhere that say attempting to communicate a phrase containing the name of another maplestory server will result in an autoban. This should definitely be documented somewhere and a rule should be added to the T&C outlining that.
Glue is banned for not being old enough to play. She was banned for this back in June. Something happened last week where she was unbanned. A GM saw her and rebanned her. This has nothing to do with anything you said in this appeal. EDIT: Also, why is she unable to represent herself?
I'm sorry but you have been misinformed. She was banned until her birthday of turning to 13 years old. She is now 13 and does not fall under COPPA. She was wanting to ragequit the server because of this incident and her getting banned for age previously. I told her that I strongly believed she was not in the wrong doing, and she said it would be okay if I made a ban appeal for her. She's also currently away for 1-2 days. I also thought to myself that I have more experience in posting ban appeals, and could post it in a way that was most organized to limit the amount of talk back between admin team and poster and get this resolved sooner. She mentioned something that when she tried putting 2001 it didn't work. Didn't really understand. Anyways. Thanks for trying. Sorry Kat, I thought I remembered you banned her until her birthday that she provided. (Of turning 13) Thanks for everything.
