Due to this incident and in accordance with Guardians rules, lmelody has been expelled from the guild.

Reason for blacklisting: Wrongfully priced on heartstoppers on purpose
Details I wanted to buy some heartstoppers so i used an owl and searched for the cheapest ones in the fm and found a seller named "545gukguk" selling it for 29.9mils per 100 piece and i didn't realize some of it were extremely overpriced and bought 100 of it for 299.9mils.

I went back to this m*****f*****'s store to see and realized that the seller has restocked heartstoppers and set the same traps to bait for more victims.

 

This looks like a buyers foult as well don't you think?

 

It is, but it's also shitty and misleading.

I say that because ultimately the person is the one controlling the character. But that doesn't mean people should be intentionally trying to trip people up, causing them to buy things at a much higher price.

Most people I meet who try to rationalize this as being the person buying's fault, or what have you, are usually people who do this themselves, or are people who haven't been so unlucky as to have it happen to themselves. Makes you kind of wonder.

 

This also efect WS price market ? For example if WS/CS are 450m and some X guy try to sell for 550m, but people buy it.. did seller may consider be at the black list?

 

That's different though. People aren't being misled by a high priced and volatile item being more expensive, they're buying a stack of items but instead of getting 200 for X, they're buying 1 for X, and buying 200 of them, because within the shop, is a bunch of normal stacks....

I'm not argument what he's done or what the buyer's do. Personally i think its both foult, of course more the seller since he's scamed.
About my example isn't a argument to defend anyone, i just say if on that case, the seller have chance to be on the black list.

Seems that people are trying to cover the sun with one finger. Yes it is the buyers fault far FALLING FOR THAT SCAM. But hey! that's STILL A SCAM THE MOMENT THE SELLER OVERPRICES THE ITEM ON POURPOSE. A scam is a scam and lets call things by its own name. If the buyer fell for it is super bad luck, that doesnt mean he didnt got scammed.

 

first zombie tooth, and now stoppers... @ gukguk . What a DICK lol i fell for his tooth , which cost me an extra 60m (not the end of the world, 1hr of leech) but 270m for the stopper buyer...ouch. Can we just ban him already lol

Pretty despicable... this has been brought up to Staff guys, at the very least it's pretty undeniable proof the guy is a jerk and should be black listed even if nothing can happen otherwise.
