    1.5b should be a fair price. 12 magic clean is 500m, then 30% pass, so 500 x 3 = 1.5b.

    Cheaper to just buy 12 magic cleans and spam 70% scrolls though, less than 1b to make. Chaosing 2 int 12 magic 4 slots is only 1 TMA less than this. :p
