He only got blacklisted recently, which is why he was expelled from the guild as one of our rules intend that if you get blacklisted, you are out of the guild.

Yeah, he recently joined the discord channel but has been in the guild since August.

I really wish the GMs would give us all the IGNs associated with these scammers so we can blacklist all their characters. Anyone can make a new character with a random name and do this crap.

 

The blacklist isn't officially recognized by the staff, as it's by the community, for the community. Same reason why the staff dont have price guides (with free owls), or guides (with auto-leveled characters for testing).

 

Where does people get that it's legal to scam? the only reason it's not bannable is cause it's hard to provide evidence that's 100% legit, so thankgod goodkush got banned for admitting it.

 

Scam is not bannable. It was removed from the terms and conditions upon moving to new source. Even with solid evidence, scam is not bannable. For instance those SSs of stores overpricing teeth, stoppers would have been sufficient to warrant a ban.

You'd think a 3 day ban in game might... humble you a bit.. Pretty much bragging that you'll be back scamming is awful man. Scamming is a conscious choice you make. You can't claim to not be happy or proud about it, but then do it, and very openling admit (I've seen the evidence) you'll keep doing it because scamming isn't in the T&C.

I implore you to reconsider your options when it comes to making money in game. No one needs mesos so bad that scamming is the only way.

 

I never said I'm going to scam when I'm back. All I said was that I'll be back, cause I didn't know if he thought I was perma banned.
