best way is go to orbis, go to the far right bottom of the map and go throug the portal, which brings you into a tower. You walk down the tower to floor 1 , go through the portal on the bottom right, and use a return scroll to el nath. Or if you have a TP , just tp to someone in el nath, which if you are going to TP you can wait a little until some of us are down there and then tp to one of us
