Hello, my brother had the "ID already logged in error" after he was randomly dced from the login page. I understand that a lot of other players have the issue and someone suggested to wait for a server check. He decided to try playing in a new account while waiting, and he dced with an error message stating: "disconnected from the server". This happened in maple island while he was trying to change channels. The issue is that when he tried to login, he had the same error from his main account, "ID already logged in". I wanted to know how this is happening since it could keep happening even after the server check. It seems strange that it happened in different accounts almost instantly. I noticed that there is a "Character fix" button in the main website, where it says something about the "Account already logged in" issue but it says it's temporarily disabled. Is this a solution for this problem? Will it be functional or was this implemented for the old source? My brother's character name is Dezuran, and this happened in the login screen so I'm honestly not sure if it's directly character related or where I should be posting this. Yup, he downloaded the setup again today and reinstalled the game. Unfortunately the first account still had the error and the issue with the new account happened after the game was redownloaded.
The first error said "Disconnected from the server" I can't get a SS of that since my brother can no longer login, but it happened when he randomly dced (He dced in the login screen in his main account and while changing channels on the other account) This is the error that both accounts are receiving when he tries to login now.
Ok that helps. Try to /find his characters and see if they are stuck on the cash shop. If that’s the case, he would have to wait for a server check to be unstuck; if it’s not the case I think a gm can manually unstuck him( not sure about that tho)
I logged in into my account and none of his characters seem to be on. I understand that characters are sticked at times and a GM or a server check would unstick the character. However, this happened during the login screen so none of his characters were online. Another issue is how his new account disconnected 5 minutes into the game and got the same issue. If a server check unsticks the character and it gets sticked 5 minutes into the game, then being forced to wait for the next server check without fixing the main issue triggering this error makes it unplayable I hope that the server check solves the disconnect issues or at least for a GM to reply regarding this issue or any potential fixes.
