Hello. I've been grinding for a long time now to get a knuckle for level 70 and their drop rate is pretty lousy. I've managed to get some but they keep getting destroyed when I use dark scrolls, so it's kind of pointless. I looked in the FM and saw that nobody sells them. Also, after looking up a little I found that an NPC in Magatia should have a quest that gives you a skill to create weapons but in the server this quest isn't available. So I wanted to know if there is an NPC that can create this knuckle (I saw that NPCs that can create knuckles for levels 20-50 and 110 but not in between)?
unfortunately, there's no such npc and there's no maker skill in the game either. For the most part, people use a maple golden claw instead of a lvl 70 knuckle.
Most people use maple knuckles anyways, and most go low dex or completely dexless, because the dex you get from equipment later on is kind of enough. I suggest you stop leveling your dex because when you get zhelm that you'll scroll, and deputy star, that's more than enough for endgame.

Is this the one being sold for 880m in the FM? Because if it really is the only clean one as you say I can't afford to use dark scrolls on it and won't get much more weapon attack from upgrading it with 60% scrolls. I don't know, I keep my DEX level the same as my actual level so I can still wear level-appropriate gear.
You don't understand. When you pick up a zhelm, that's 15-30 dex (clean-scrolled) more dex you don't need to wear level-appropriate gear. When you wear deputy star, that number is increased by 5. That's excess dex that's making you a lot weaker than you should be.

Search up Buccaneer's Beast Guide, the information there is really important. You can still keep the dex you have now and it won't affect you that much, but if you were, say, level 120 with 120 base dex, compared to someone with 50 dex, that's 70*5=350 extra str you're missing.
